Company Profile

I.d.E.a. International Pty. Ltd. was established in February 1996 in Brisbane, Australia.
Managing Director: Geoff Grimes
The first activity was to design & trademark a product for the snow skiing market. This 'invention' was a simple yet effective personal ski carrying device. The mass production of this product is still to be realised.
Other inventions & developments in progress are:
  • a pizza tray
  • a beach shelter
  • a comfortable push bike seat*
*In 2005 during the development of the bike seat design, Geoff became aware of an already produced bike seat from Italy. This seat had already successfully solved the comfort, safety & health issues. The development of the I.d.E.a. bike seat stopped and an agreement to promote, distribute & sell the Italian seat [DDWings ™] in Australia & the Pacific [and other parts of the world on request] was made with the Italian company KEFREN s.r.l.
